However, some facilities have a qualified person to collect the sample and will not permit an outside collector. In such cases, they will send a kit to the facility so the sample can be returned to the testing lab. Prior to scheduling the testing, you will need to determine which of the above scenarios fits your situation. They will also need the name, address and phone number of the facility.
